  • Team and targets
  • KYC & Legal: Go directly and deeply into the regulation to understand the exact requirements. If you can obtain the information without the client don't ask and do it manually. Only ask the necessary for the majority of your client and the particularity contact the prospect 1 by 1.
  • Quick answers: with a good CRM define clearly the channel, periodicity and message to contact your prospect. Tips: Phone and whatsapp
  • Monitor and test: crucial to implement correctly a customer data plataforma (highly recommend rudderstack.com). With this data constantly test & improve the on-boarding, even if it's counter intuitive. For example we implemented a huge friction at the first step to ask for the tax ID and it improved dramatically both conversion rate and total prospects
